Introduction sessions

The session is designed to introduce you to the basic principles of Body Control Pilates. This provides a good foundation in the practice of Body Control Pilates and is recommended before joining a class
The class numbers are restricted to provide a suitable level of exercise supervision. This enables me to ensure that the basic exercises are being performed correctly, and the principles understood with more individual attention than is available in a larger class.

Total cost £40, includes CD, exercise folder and stretch band.
